MAIN DUTIES:

• Planning of construction works and resources
• Maintenance of construction project documentation
• Preparation of documentation on the performed (executed) works
• Control of performed works and received services
• Cooperation and communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors
• Organisation and management of the work of construction personnel

WE EXPECT:

• Practical work experience in construction process management, work planning and organisation
• Good German language skills, English, Latvian and/or Russian language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Willingness to work and stay in Germany for a long time
• Category B driving licence
• Higher or professional education in construction, engineering or an equivalent field is preferred
• Effective cooperation and communication skills, ability to work in a team, independence
