As the Telecommunications construction project manager, you will ensure the management of the telecommunications network projects in Germany, coordinate and control the project activities and the involved participants, communicate with the responsible authorities, subcontractors and other persons involved. It will be your responsibility to organise the implementation of the project according to the deadlines and budget, as well as to provide constant reports on the project status.

YOUR DUTIES WILL ALSO INCLUDE:

• Project cash flow planning, preparing bid and work estimates, participating in the preparation of pre-estimates and post-estimates
• Carrying out all project-related coordination with the customer
• Quality control of the completed work in accordance with the requirements set by the customer
• Constant and productive cooperation with construction managers and assistants
• Engaging subcontractors, if necessary
• Organising team meetings, ensuring current information circulation, managing employee evaluation processes
• Evaluation and provision of proposals regarding optimisation opportunities, their implementation

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Real work experience in construction project management (experience in telecommunications project management in Germany will be considered an advantage)
• Experience in cost and budget accounting, presentation of work results
• Fluent German language skills (at least B1/B2 level)
• Experience and understanding of internal and external project staff management
• Willingness to work and stay in Germany for a long time
• A valid category B driving licence
• Structured approach to work, high sense of responsibility, flexibility, orientation to results, high resistance to stress
• Higher education in engineering or an equivalent technical field
