Construction manager for electrical substation construction (work abroad)

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Planning of work and necessary resources
  • Organisation and management of the work of construction personnel
  • Preparation and maintenance of construction project documentation
  • Cooperation and communication with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Quality control of performed works and received services
  • Preparation of invoices for the work performed

WE EXPECT:

  • Education in engineering, construction or an equivalent technical field
  • Practical work experience in managing works
  • Understanding and knowledge regarding the work to be performed and technical documentation
  • Willingness to work abroad for certain periods as well (Sweden, Finland)
  • Good leadership and cooperation skills, ability to plan and organise work progress, manage personnel
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Latvian language, good English and/or German language skills
  • Category B driving licence
